1、 Cleaning and packaging process
Cut quartz crucible - rinse with tap water - secondary acid treatment - rinse with tap water - secondary acid treatment - rinse with high-purity water - dry - blow with high-purity nitrogen gas - vacuum seal while injecting a small amount of high-purity nitrogen gas.
2、 Precautions for Cleaning Packaging
1. The purity of high-purity water must be greater than 15M Ω and repeatedly rinsed;
2. The packaging blowing room should be completed in a clean room, and the plastic used for packaging needs to have anti-static properties;
3. The purity of nitrogen requires a dew point greater than minus 70 ℃;
4. The concentration and treatment time of the main acid should be specially prepared for hydrofluoric acid treatment. The recommended steps are as follows: place the product in deionized water or distilled water with a "fat solubilizer" added, and immerse the quartz crucible in ammonium hydrogen fluoride with a concentration of 7% for no more than 10 minutes; Or put it in a 10% hydrofluoric acid solution for no more than 5 minutes. Not only can it remove surface erosion and pollutants, but it can also remove a small amount of fused quartz components. To avoid water stains, ash absorption, and crystallization under reheating, the fused quartz needs to be rinsed multiple times in deionized water and quickly dried.
