What are the effects of crystal pulling on quartz ceramic products

      If the operation of quartz ceramic products is improper, such as improper melting methods or power, raw material problems, etc. It will deform and crystallize due to pollution, high temperature, and other reasons. Causing it to be unable to pull crystals properly. Let's take a look at these two situations. What impact does this have on:
1、 The influence of deformation on crystal pulling
1. After deformation, as the crucible position rises during the crystal pulling process, the protruding part of the quartz ceramic product will collide with the drainage tube, affecting normal crystal pulling, and in severe cases, crystal pulling may not be possible;
2. The deformation of quartz ceramic products caused by hanging edges occurs in the molten material, and the upper opening of the crucible protrudes too much inward. When the melting crucible position rises to the normal crystal pulling position, it has already collided with the drainage tube, which will directly lead to serious consequences of crystal pulling failure;
When the protrusion appears in the molten material and is large, as the liquid level decreases during the crystal pulling process, the protrusion will gradually protrude from the liquid level, and then the pulling rod will rub against the protrusion. If the furnace is not shut down in time, the crystal rod will fall off.
2、 The influence of crystallization on crystal pulling
The crystallization on the inner wall of quartz ceramic products may damage the original coating on the inner wall of the crucible, causing the bubble layer under the coating to react with the molten silicon, resulting in some granular silicon oxide entering the molten silicon, causing a sudden change in the crystal structure of the grown material and preventing normal growth;
2. Crystallization will thin the original thickness, reduce the strength of the crucible, and easily cause deformation.
We should try to avoid the influence of the above two conditions on the crystal pulling of quartz ceramic products as much as possible. In addition, mastering the characteristics of the product and using it correctly is crucial for extending its lifespan.
