Attention to the use of polycrystalline silicon quartz crucible

Semiconductor grade high-purity polycrystalline silicon quartz crucible is a consumable vessel for drawing large-diameter monocrystalline silicon, and one crucible is used for each furnace of monocrystalline silicon produced.Monocrystalline silicon is a raw material for the production of large-scale integrated circuits, and the requirements for crucibles are very strict. The general international requirements for polycrystalline silicon quartz crucibles are:the material needs to be high-purity semiconductor grade;Strong high temperature resistance; The size of the crucible is large;High precision;Good insulation performance;energy conservation;Good consistency in product quality;Characteristics of high stability. Two points should be noted when using polycrystalline silicon quartz crucibles:
1.Polycrystalline silicon quartz crucible can be burned below 1700 degrees, but if the burning temperature is higher than 1100 degrees, quartz will become opaque,so the melting temperature should not exceed 800 degrees.
2.Cannot come into contact with HF.At high temperatures,it is prone to react with caustic soda and alkali metal carbonates.
