The production process of quartz ceramics

      The application of quartz ceramics is becoming increasingly widespread and plays an important role in the development of science and technology. Below is a detailed introduction to the production process of quartz ceramics:
1. Stacking mud. The cleaned porcelain clay cannot be used immediately. It should be divided and stacked into columns for storage and casting purposes;
2. Impression. The pre printed porcelain blank is just a prototype, and different molds need to be selected according to the shape to be made to print the porcelain blank into various shapes;
3. Repair the blank. The thickness of the newly printed blank is uneven, and it needs to be repaired through the process of trimming to make it neat and even. Trimming can be divided into wet trimming and dry trimming;
4. Drawing blank. Drawing on clay is a major feature of ceramic art. There are many types of clay, including freehand and and paper drawn ones. Regardless of how the clay is painted, it is the finishing touch of the ceramic process;
5. Glazing. Different glazing techniques have completely different effects, and commonly used glazing methods include immersion glazing, pouring glazing, swinging glazing, spraying glazing, brushing glazing, etc.
The above methods are all production techniques passed down for millions of years. After several days of firing, the quartz ceramics in the kiln have become exquisite pieces of porcelain, eagerly standing out from the open kiln door.
