      Thin walled large-sized square quartz ceramic crucible for polycrystalline silicon melting.In recent years,with the continuous attention and development of environmentally friendly energy,solar energy as a green energy has received widespread attention from countries around the world,and has been widely developed and utilized.This has led to a sharp increase in the amount of polycrystalline silicon used for solar energy conversion.As a result,the rapid development of polysilicon production has been promoted,and the corresponding consumption of large size and thin wall square fused silica ceramic crucibles is also increasing rapidly.The international market prospect of this product is very promising.Fused silica ceramic crucible is widely used in polysilicon production and non-ferrous metal smelting industry because of its good thermal stability,resistance to corrosion of melt(silicon,aluminum,copper,etc.)and no pollution to processed products.At present,there are about ten electric induction furnaces producing polysilicon in China,and each induction furnace needs about 150 large-sized,thin-walled,high-purity fused silica ceramic square crucibles(specification:600×600×400~900×900×500mm,wall thickness:15-20mm)every year.
Therefore,it has been widely used in the glass deep processing industry,metallurgical industry,electronic industry,chemical industry,aerospace and other fields.
